The atmosphere is incredibly supportive, with plenty of friendly banter and encouragement flying around.

Sessions take place outside, so you get to enjoy the fresh air while working up a sweat. The place is wheelchair accessible, with a dedicated entrance and parking, making it easy for all to join in. There's a toilet on site, too, which is always helpful when you have kids in tow!
