Yes! Browsing and searching for activities on KidzRGoGo is completely free for parents. You can create an account to save your favourite activities and get personalised recommendations.
How do I save activities to view later?
Create a free parent account, then click the heart icon on any activity to add it to your favourites. You can view all your saved activities from your dashboard.
Can I leave reviews for activities?
Yes! If you've attended an activity, you can leave a review to help other parents make informed decisions. Simply visit the activity page and click 'Write a Review'.
How do I contact an activity provider?
Each activity listing includes contact information such as phone number, email, and website. You can find these details on the activity's page under the 'Contact' section.

How do I list my activity on KidzRGoGo?
Sign up for a free provider account, then click 'Add Activity' from your dashboard. Fill in your activity details, upload images, and submit for review. Once approved, your listing will be live on the site.
Is it free to list my activity?
Yes, basic listings are free. We also offer featured listing options to help your activity stand out and reach more families.
How long does it take for my listing to be approved?
We typically review and approve listings within 24-48 hours. We'll notify you by email once your listing is live.
Can I edit my listing after it's published?
Yes! Log into your provider dashboard at any time to update your activity details, images, pricing, schedule, and more.
How can I claim an existing listing?
If you see your activity already listed (perhaps from Google data), you can claim it by clicking the 'Claim This Listing' button on the activity page and completing the verification process.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click 'Sign In' then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
