GV3 Performance Sport Holiday Camps

Overview

GV3 Performance Sport runs holiday camps at St Catherine's School in Bramley, led by Gayle Vickers and the GV3 coaching team. Two separate programmes run from the same venue: netball camps and triathlon camps. Both are properly coached, small-group sessions rather than general activity days.

St Catherine's School provides the facilities for both programmes in one location, with a swimming pool, outdoor courts and grounds that make both formats workable as day camps.

Netball Camps

• Technical skills covering passing, footwork, shooting and defending
• Small-sided games building decision-making under pressure
• Full-court matches with coached debrief
• Position-specific coaching for older and more experienced players
• Children grouped by age and experience throughout
• Ages 7 to 16

Triathlon Camps

• Swimming sessions in the school pool covering technique and confidence
• Cycling coaching on school grounds, focusing on bike handling and pacing
• Running sessions covering technique and effort management
• Coached transition practice between all three disciplines
• Age and ability groupings throughout
• Ages 6 to 16. No competitive triathlon experience needed.

Practical Information

• Both camps held at St Catherine's School, Bramley, GU5
• Places limited at both camps to keep group sizes small
