Rivernook Bowmen

Overview Rivernook Bowmen is an archery club located in East Molesey, offering beginners courses and taster sessions for individuals interested in learning archery. The club runs these courses regularly during the summer months and occasionally in winter, each consisting of three two-hour sessions over three consecutive weeks. Participants have access to club equipment during the courses.

What to Expect Families can expect to engage in archery activities suitable for various skill levels, including beginners. The club hosts informal monthly shoots where members can practice shooting at a designated distance. Specific events, such as the Frostbite Shoot and Boxing Day Shoot, are also organised, providing opportunities for members to participate in friendly competitions. Beginners are encouraged to join these sessions and can shoot at shorter distances if needed.

Good to Know All archers at Rivernook must be members of Archery GB and shoot at their own risk. Interested individuals can email to be added to the waiting list for upcoming beginners courses. Participants are advised to arrive early to set up and warm up before scheduled shoots.
