SIMMSplitz Gymnastics Club, based at St Mary's University in Twickenham, is a fantastic place for children aged 5 to 12 to get involved in gymnastics, no matter their skill level. This British Gymnastics-affiliated club welcomes kids to explore the thrilling world of gymnastics in a fully equipped gymnasium. With access to bars, beams, vaults, and plenty of floor work, each session is designed to introduce children to a range of skills while keeping it fun and engaging.

There's even an opportunity for those who show promise and enthusiasm; a select few may be invited to join the Advanced Recreation class, which meets twice a week. At SIMMSplitz, the weekly sessions are clearly laid out, with options for different age groups and skill levels. There are sessions for younger ones in Years R-3 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, while older children in Years 4-7 have their own dedicated times too. Some classes are invite-only, which adds a bit of excitement and motivation for the aspiring gymnasts. And let's not forget the termly British Gymnastics certificates and medals included in the fees!
